Teaching and Learning at Alpha Montessori

Our lead teachers at both our Montessori in Plano & Frisco are all Montessori Certified and are trained to keep accurate updated information.
At both our private schools in Frisco & Plano, our community is a dynamic blend of cultures, backgrounds and genders. Our curriculum integrates multiculturalism and diversity in each class, preparing the children to actively engage in our increasingly connected world.
We use a system called scope & sequence to keep a record of student’s individual work and individualized lesson plans are prepared and displayed outside of each classroom each week so you can stay up to date with what your child is working on.
Each child is evaluated within their first few weeks at Alpha Montessori and parents have the opportunity to meet for an evaluation meeting with the teacher to better understand where your child is in the curriculum and what to expect in regards to progress.
Alpha Montessori in Plano is the only Montessori School in plano that has a fully vegetarian menu, and Alpha Montessori in Frisco has a vegetarian option for lunch & Snacks.
Alpha Montessori in Frisco is the only Montessori School in Frisco that goes up to Grade-3 for Elementary Program.
Lunch is included in full and extended day tuition along with 2 nutritious snacks.
Alpha Montessori School includes Music, Yoga, Gardening, Food Preparation, Spanish, Physical Education, and Art at no additional cost as a part of our well-rounded curriculum. Extracurricular opportunities like dance, gymnastics, soccer, drama, martial arts, etc are also included in both of our campuses.
